Dade Midvalley will make a determination regarding the Champion/Pericolo match within the next hour or so.

In other news, several of the NLCW's newest stars have been asked to watch tonight's production closely from the backstage area. Despite not being on tonight's card, Jake Truesdale, Shane Johnson, Gabriel Roken, Vanity Shogun and Jean Trick are all in the locker room area. Dade Midvalley wants the new roster members to observe how a NLCW pay-per-view runs first hand.

The show is scheduled to start in half an hour. All of the wrestlers have completed their warm-ups and are anxiously awaiting the star of the event.

Chris Champion Update

Chris Champion is currently awake and alert in his locker room. He was examined by medical staff, but no medical treatments were necessary. Those who have visited him have remarked that he is somewhat groggy.

It is currently unknown if he will be able to compete tonight. Reportedly he is very adament about competing, but he will need to be medically cleared first.

I've just been told that Chris Champion has passed out backstage.

He is currently being looked at by the NLCW medical staff and I haven't received an update as to his condition. Dade Midvalley just walked out of Champion's locker room looking very concerned. I will update you as soon as any additional news becomes available.

Champion is scheduled to face Dominic Pericolo for the NLCW Undisputed World Championship tonight.

The NLCW referees, announcers, road agents and production crew are currently in a meeting. They're discussing the details of the show, the match order and being given a rundown of the entire show.

I heard from Aaron Jennings that the first match of the night will be Jackson versus Carmine Vestieri.

To prepare myself for tonight's show, I just watched When Worlds Collide 2007 with a few other staff members. The Highway to Hell main event was OUTSTANDING. Jon Sloan versus Rick Majors and Dazz versus Isaac Reynolds were great contests as well.

Colorado Avalanche legend Joe Sakic is currently backstage talking to some of the wrestlers. I'm not ashamed to say that he autographed my backstage pass and I was very grateful.

I just talked to Dade Midvalley. He seems to be in a very good mood tonight. He told me that he is expecting one of the best NLCW shows of the year tonight.

Reporters from Pro Wrestling Illustrated are backstage, speaking to some of the wrestlers. Local Denver station KUSA is backstage as well. They are putting together a piece on the show. I spoke with one of their staff members and they are very impressed with the professionalism of the NLCW crew.

Former NLCW wrestler Mark Ray is backstage, visiting some friends.

Dominic Pericolo has been here for a few hours, but he hasn't spoken to anyone yet. I've heard that he's in his dressing room preparing for the match.

Drew Graham just arrived with Kelly Rien. I had the chance to speak with him for a moment and I asked him how he feels about his match tonight.

Drew Graham: How do I feel about my match tonight? I'll tell you how I feel Charles. I feel great I'm ready for a fight. I just hope The Saint is ready for our match as well. Hopefully he will also realize that I was never scared to put my title on the line. All I know is I am walking out the same way I walked in: North American Champion. Now if you'll excuse me Charles, I gotta get back to my beautiful fiancée and help her get ready for her match. Oh and good luck everyone tonight.

Backstage is pretty chaotic right now. Everyone is scrambling to get ready for the show.

The stage set-up is larger than normal, with an extra giant screen on the right and more lighting. The crew tested the show opening a few minutes ago, including the pyro. It was pretty amazing stuff.

There's a buzz around the show that I haven't felt in a while.

About half of the wrestlers are here already. Chris Champion showed up much earlier than he normally does and he's preparing for his match right now. I've heard that Dominic Pericolo is here as well, but I haven't seen him yet.

Dade Midvalley has been on his cell phone for ever since he walked into the building a few hours ago. He's now in his office with the door shut.

We're conducting some special interviews with the crew for a feature in the next NLCW Magazine. I just talked to head referee Paul Morgan. Man, does he have some stories to tell!

Both Charles and I will be providing updates throughout the day.

In a shocking turn of events, F1X owner Aiden Morag forfeited his match against NLCW Board of Directors Representative Dade Midvalley. As per a pre-match stipulation, Fight One Xperience has withdrawn their bid to purchase No Limits Championship Wrestling.

Even more surprising is the fact that F1X may now shut down. Details are sketchy, but rumour has it that Aiden Morag closed the doors of F1X for good after a poor turnout at the last few F1X shows.

BREAKING NEWS: Dade Midvalley was seen storming out of NLCW Headquarters in Toronto.

Midvalley was scheduled to meet with the rest of the Board of Directors today.

The topic of their meeting is unknown and Midvalley would not speak to reporters.
He was last seen quickly leaving the building and getting into his car. Witnesses say he looked very upset.

NLCW Eternity is shaping up!

As previously announced, Carmine Vestieri is scheduled to defend the NLCW Undisputed World Championship against Dominic Pericolo. We will also see a brand new NLCW North American Champion crowned.

The NLCW is also welcoming competitors from other wrestling promotions along with inviting several NLCW legends back into the ring.

In the State of the NLCW Address, Dade Midvalley (Public Representative for the NLCW Board of Directors) made several huge announcements.

NLCW Conflicting Values, currently scheduled for June 28th, 2009 is cancelled.

So is NLCW Avulsion for the next three weeks.

In their place will be an NLCW Special Presentation: NLCW Eternity.

It will air live on Sunday July 5th, from Toronto.

The main event at NLCW Eternity will see Carmine Vestieri defend his NLCW Undisputed Championship against the 2009 Sultan of the Squared Circle, Dominic Pericolo.

Also, effective immediately the following NLCW Championships have been declared inactive:
NLCW Television Championship
NLCW Hardcore Championship
NLCW Tag Team Championship
NLCW Women's Championship.

The only two titles that are currently active are the NLCW Undisputed World Championshipand the NLCW North American Championship (formerly the NLCW American Championship.)

We will have one champion that represents North American and one champion that represents the world.

The other championships will be activated if and when they are deemed necessary.

Currently the North American Championship is vacant.

A new champion will be crowned at NLCW Eternity.

NLCW Seeking Independent Verification on Ryan Coleman News

Earlier today the following statement was released by the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police:

"Earlier tonight our dispatch recieved a call of shots fired outside the Mellon Arena. When our officers arrived on the scene we found a man laying next to a vehicle with the drivers door open. We rushed to check the victim to see if he was ok. There was barely a pulse so he was loaded into the ambulance and rushed off to the hospital. Sadly he was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at the hospital. Upon further investigation we learned that the victim was on the recieving end of a robbery gone bad as his wallet was missing. After running the victims prints we learned that the victim is Ryan Coleman who was employed by No Limits Championship Wrestling who apparently held a PPV event earlier in the night at the arena. Once we know more details people we will let you know."

Already announced for the debut of Monday Night Avulsion is Carmine Vestieri taking on Paul York. Both men suffered defeats at Fallout and they will be looking to get back on the winning track.

And speaking of winners, NLCW Undisputed Champion Bucky Skyler and NLCW Television Champion Stacy Jones both took offense to comments that Dominic Pericolo and Isaac Reynolds are the most powerful competitors in the NLCW. Jones and Skyler have put aside their differences and will team up to face Reynolds and Pericolo for the NLCW Tag Team Championships on Monday night!

What is an efed?

An efed is an Internet-based, virtual wrestling game. Members of the efed use created characters to compete for championships. Each week a card is held and matches are booked. Matched winners are decided by roleplay quality.

What is a roleplay?

A roleplay is an character story. It often has the character doing unique or different things. A character usually speaks of an upcoming match/event or something that happened on a previous match/event. Roleplays are based on challenges, interviews, trash talking, character development, angles and much more.

How long has the NLCW been around?

The NLCW was originally formed in 2002. The initial incarnation lasted until early-2003. After a brief hiatus, the NLCW returned in January 2004. It has been going strong ever since.

How do I join the NLCW?

Please visit the JOIN section of the site for more information.

Are "real" wrestlers allowed?

No. Only original, created characters can compete in the NLCW.

What cards does the NLCW hold?

The NLCW's weekly show is NLCW Avulsion. Avulsion has been the NLCW's flagship program since 2004. It currently airs on Monday nights. The NLCW also holds monthly pay-per-view events. A list of these events can be found HERE. Avulsion is not held on the Monday following a pay-per-view.

Are there rules regarding roleplaying?

The NLCW thrives on creativity and thus we allow our competitors to roleplay in any manner they see fit. Please use common sense when roleplaying. The NLCW does not have a weekly or monthly roleplay limit but champions are expected to defend their titles regularly.

When is the NLCW's roleplay deadline?

For Monday Night Avulsion the deadline is 12 midnight/ET on Sunday night/Monday morning.
For pay-per-view events the deadline is 6PM/ET on the day of the event.
If these times are changed for any reason, the staff will inform everyone on the boards.
If you require an extension, please post it on the boards. All reasonable extensions will be granted as long as all competitors in the match agree on the proposed extension.

Who is the current NLCW staff?

Out of character, the fed is currently managed by Rick M. He has been with the NLCW from the beginning and is continuing its great legacy.

In character, the NLCW is managed by the NLCW Board of Directors. The on-camera representative for the board is Dade Midvalley. He has full authority from the board to manage the day-to-day running of the company.

Other NLCW in character employees are Lucinda Welch (ring announcer), Kevin Ryder (interviewer) and Michelle Davis (interviewer.) The NLCW commentary team consists of Aaron Jennings and Bryan Terwilliger. The NLCW head referee is Paul Morgan.

Joseph Witt, Charles Mires and Anne Carter were employed by the NLCW's development federation; the LCW until it merged with the NLCW. They now currently work for the NLCW in backstage roles. Former NLCW wrestler Rick Majors works part time as an NLCW road agent since his retirement.

Since 2004

No Limits Championship Wrestling was founded in late 2003 by a man named Mark Steele. He scoured the world for the greatest talent, with a goal of building the greatest e-wrestling company in history. On January 9th, 2004 NLCW Avulsion hit the air.

A lot has changed since that initial show, but the spirit, dedication and desire that defines a NLCW wrestler still remains. The history of this remarkable federation will soon be written here for all to enjoy.

"UNTOUCHABLE" ETHAN ANDREWS (INDUCTED 2005)

Ethan Andrews arrived in NLCW near the end of 2003, and has been a staple ever since.

In Ethan's very first match in NLCW, he and longtime tag team partner, the other half of the Fallen Angelz, Jason Stylez captured the NLCW Tag Team Championships, however, Ethan was quickly replaced as tag team champion for an undisclosed personal situation. Three months later, Ethan returned to NLCW and served notice that he was not just a tag team specialist, and his sights were set on the NLCW World Heavyweight Title.

Ethan quickly racked up impressive wins against NLCW mainstays Justice, Violent A and Souless. Also beginning an unbeaten record that stands to this very day. Ethan continued his success and gained himself a berth at the Highway to Hell match with Violent A, Matt Arren, Rob Thorn, Enigma, and the Champion, Dazz. At the May PPV, When Worlds Collide, Ethan went into that unforgiving structure with one goal in mind, become the NLCW World Heavyweight Champion. After 45 minutes of competition Ethan got the pin on Dazz and one of the most storied title reigns in NLCW history had begun. Ethan held the championship the entire summer, and defended it almost every week against all comers.

He had high profile feuds with Enigma and Matt Arren, and was even able to hold the NLCW Hardcore title for a short period of time during this reign. It was also over this time that Ethan also began a relationship with NLCW's premier Female competitor, Gothic Angel. When Ethan lost the title to Chris Champion in September, the title reign had lasted a record 17 weeks. However, because of the triple threat rules, Ethan's unbeaten streak remained intact. It was during this time that Ethan also became embroiled in a bitter feud with his former friend and tag team partner, Jason Stylez. The feud was voted by the NLCW fans as "Feud of the Year" and it cuminated at the NLCW's October PPV, All Hallow's Eve. The epic "Four Pillars" match would become infamous and later be voted "Match of the Year" by the NLCW fans. After that contest, another monumental task stood in Ethan's way, as Slamfest approached, the Canadian fans called for two of Toronto's favourite sons to step into the ring at the biggest event of the year. In December, Ethan Andrews squared off with Rick Majors, it would prove to be the end of Ethan's 37 match winning streak.

However, the Ethan Andrews juggernaut rolled on as he took aim at X-Net, a company that the NLCW belonged to. This lead to the creation of his own title, the FXN (Fuck X-Net) Championship, and a new team, Absolution, which at that time, included Violent A, Phil Castle, Souless, and Gothic Angel. Also leading to a highly violent feud, which ended in Mexico, at When Worlds Collide, in the very violent, "Hell's Kitchen" match. Ethan would eventually win, however, he would spend months away from active competition healing his many injuries. When Ethan returned it would be another shock to his system, as Violent A offered his bitter rival, Frank Merritt, membership in Absolution. Ethan and Frank maintained an eerie truce, going into Slamfest, as Ethan squared off with another rival, and NLCW Mainstay, Matt "Icey" Arren. Yet again, Ethan would lose at the big show, but still maintain an air of calm dignity. Earlier that month, Ethan and Violent A would return to their roots and capture the NLCW Tag Team Championships, only for Ethan to lose them yet again, when Ethan was forced to relinquish the title temporarily to Frank Merritt.

It only took a few short matches for Frank and Violent A and they regained the Tag Team titles. Only for Violent A to relinquish his title to Ethan. What does the future hold for Ethan Andrews? Only time will tell.

"THE MESSIAH OF METAL" DAZZ (INDUCTED 2005)

NLCW has been built around four main foundations, those stars who held the glue together for the majority of its existence, ensuring a reason for fans to tune in week after week but only one of those can stand tall and claim to truly be the greatest champion in NLCW history.

That man is Dazz.

He was already seen as something special before he entered NLCW but it was here where both his own and NLCW's star began to rise. He first joined in January 2004, just as the second era of the company was beginning, taking part in a battle royal that also saw the debut of fellow Hall of Famer Justice. While neither were successful in that debut NLCW match, Dazz did go on to win the Hardcore championship, becoming the 3rd to do so behind the likes of Greg Hetrick and Eddie September. He also found himself on the winning side when he answered the call to become the new tag team partner of Jason Stylez, both becoming the new Tag Team champions as the Fallen Angelz, quickly adding Scotty Ace and the Cruiserweight champion Rick "Impact" Majors to the fold.

A total clash of egos however failed to maintain group solidarity as first Scotty left to pursue Jason's World title and then Dazz ended up unable to defend the Tag Team belts in a main event match after being taken to the hospital during an invitational match with his own Hardcore title up for grabs to the winner, Rick Majors taking his place that night as one half of the tag champs but losing the gold to Scotty Ace and Jason Wright.

This didn't dampen Dazz though as he returned during a Rob Thorn interview segment along with the legendary Chaos A.D. group, making it known that he too wanted to challenge for the World title. Thorn became the World Heavyweight champion later that night in the main event but agreed to put the belt on the line a week later against Dazz in what has been dubbed a wrestling classic that shocked the world when Dazz ended up on top of the NLCW mountain.

With Chaos A.D. gaining members and chasing other titles, another group formed to try to put them in their place, winding up with NLCW's first ever War Games match at Fallout 2004, Rebellion losing when Dazz pinned Scotty Ace in a match where anybody who pinned him on the Rebellion side no matter the gender would become the new World champ. While Dazz retained on that night, the next month would prove less fortunate when he brought his own creation from CWF into NLCW, losing the World title to Ethan Andrews during the Highway to Hell II match that also included Rob Thorn, Violent A, Enigma and Matt "Icey" Arren. An injury prevented him from attempting to gain it back until September of that year, again unsuccessful but managing to gain more gold at Slamfest when he defeated former tag team partner and Chaos A.D. member Violent A in a match that involved both an exploding cage and 10 weapons of Violent A's choice, Dazz becoming the new Cruiserweight champion.

After another hiatus from NLCW, Dazz shocked the world by not only allowing Highway to Hell III to take place in NLCW in mid 2005 but also winning the NLCW World championship for a second time, successfully defending against former champion Phil Castle before giving up the title after yet another injury. He returned at that year's Slamfest not only to become inducted into the Hall of Fame but also as special guest referee in a match between Violent A and Souless but didn't return to action for the company until early 2006 when he willingly worked for their then-development LCW, giving up and comers a chance to work with an NLCW main eventer as he became not only the first from NLCW to work there but also the first to have held both the NLCW World Heavyweight and LCW Heavyweight titles and the first to have held the Hardcore title in its incarnations as both an NLCW and an LCW championship.

Dazz gave up his in ring career to take a hiatus, watching as LCW folded but returning in time to compete twice at Slamfest 10, almost winning the Slamfest battle royal and then just about coming up short against Ethan Andrews in a falls count anywhere contest. His run continued with more wins than losses until finally winning the Television championship away from Isaac Reynolds, unable to hold it for long due to a highly emotional state caused when his longtime friend and nemesis Jason Stylez revealed that both men shared the same father.

The shock continued and Dazz was all over the place until Alex Taylor - formerly known as Violent A - managed to bring out the Dazz he'd known and tagged with for years just in time for the two to be a part of the victory that Team NLCW had over Anarchy Inc in NLCW's second War Games match. Almost immediately, Dazz challenged for the American championship, coming up short and almost giving up his career in frustration. He soldiered on regardless but rarely had matches, defeating both Fuel and Alex Taylor in a triple threat Iron Man match that he thought would be his last contest in NLCW.

That would soon change though in late August 2008 when, dressed as his half-brother Jason Stylez, Dazz returned to silently confront the then-NLCW Undisputed World champion Isaac Reynolds, someone who almost had as fast a rise to the top as Dazz had years before in the same company. When Dillon Durst was added to the mix and won the Undisputed title, Dazz decided to continue having rare matches, defeating Enigma to become the American champion. The week after, he once again shocked the world with another revelation:

He was the masked marvel Delfino.

Delfino had debuted at Slamfest 2007 in the battle royal, winning his debut and defeating Alex Jay for the Slamfest championship before winning the TV title within months then the Hardcore championship at a ppv held in Japan. This began the longest reigning Hardcore title reign in NLCW history during which he regained the TV title, losing both to Paul York but overcoming the likes of York, Sean Galen and Angel Andrews to become Road 2 Slamfest winner 2008, granting him a guaranteed main event slot at Slamfest, where he defeated Durst for the Undisputed gold, being the only person to have debuted at an event and then won the big title at the same event exactly 1 year later while also retaining the Slamfest championship, the only man to do so two years in a row.

The unmasking of Delfino garnered a huge reaction from the fans and fellow employees of NLCW as well as the rest of the wrestling world. In doing so, Dazz proved a point that he was the greatest star in NLCW's illustrious history by simultaneously holding the Slamfest, Television, American and Undisputed World championships. His next big challenge was to defend the Undisputed gold against both Paul York and Dillon Durst, the latter having to pull out of the match for unknown reasons while York found himself on the losing end. Unfortunately for Dazz, for his fans and for NLCW, he had to call it quits when he became disenfranchised with professional wrestling in general, giving up all the championships he was holding and allowing NLCW owner Dade Midvalley to put them up for grabs in various matches, allowing him to walk away still undefeated for all the gold but upset that things had to end that way after just over 5 years as one of NLCW's biggest players.

JASON STYLEZ (INDUCTED 2004)

The first NLCW World Heavyweight Champion, the first and second NLCW Tag Team Champion, and before this installment of the NLCW, First World Heavyweight Champion over 1 year ago...same owner. Jason started in the NLCW, with Ethan Andrews from the uWo, and quickly won the World and Tag Team titles. Jason lost the World title to Rob Thorn and Jason Stylez & Rick Majors lost the NLCW Tag Team Titles. Jason went on to be the Vice President of the NLCW and eventually as Owner. After money troubles Jason sold the NLCW. Jason returned a month later and began tearing up NLCW events, but over time faded from the NLCW ranks, leaving behind a legacy no-one can soon forget.

THE SANCTION (INDUCTED 2004)

The Sanction was the 2nd ever World champion in the old installment of the NLCW. The Sanction was a huge impact in the old NLCW, beating Jason Stylez for the title there. He is retired.

ROB THORN (INDUCTED 2004)

Rob made impacts in both installments of the NLCW. A Former NLCW World Heavyweight Champion, and huge merchandise seller, Rob is a huge face in the NLCW to the fans and to the wrestlers in the back.

RICK "THE IMPACT" MAJORS (INDUCTED 2004)

Rick Majors is another wrestler from both installments of the NLCW. Rick is a former NLCW Cruiserweight Champion, and had held that title since the new installment opened back on January 9th, 2004. Rumors have recently begun to circulate, saying that a return for "The Impact" may be on the horizon; however, whether or not these rumors are true has yet to be seen.

JUSTICE (INDUCTED 2004)

Justice has had many firsts in her career. She was the first woman to get choke slammed off of a steel cage and live. The first woman in the NLCW. The first NLCW Women's Champion. The first two time NLCW Women's Champion. The first and only woman to get a shot at the Cruiserweight Championship Title. The first and only woman to win the NLCW Hardcore Championship
Title. Justice now has yet another first. As of December 5th, 2004; Justice has become the first woman to be inducted into the NLCW Hall of Fame.

Title History

NLCW Undisputed World Championship:

The NLCW Undisputed World Championship is the most prestigious title in No Limits Championship Wrestling.

The title has represents the absolute best in the industry and can be traced back to the beginning of No Limit Championship Wrestling. It was first won on the very first episode of NLCW Avulsion.
This championship carries the lineage of two great NLCW titles: The NLCW World Heavyweight Championship and the NLCW Cruiserweight Championship.

NLCW North American Championship:

The NLCW North American Championship has been worn by many NLCW greats.

It has gone through several name changes, but the lineage of the title can be traced back to the very first NLCW pay-per-view: Hellbound. It was then known as the Pay-Per-View Championship. It was later renamed the NLCW American Championship. After numerous national struggles in which the title was named for both Britain and Canada, it was finally given its current name.
